Search & Reputation Audit
Over 10 business days I score your MSP on the published 100-point checklist, compare you with the providers in your metro, and hand you a fix list in the order that brings in the most calls first. You can read every check before you decide anything.

Four questions most owners can't answer today.
Most MSP owners know how many tickets closed last month. Very few know what a business owner sees when they search for IT support in their town, or what an AI assistant says when someone asks it for a recommendation.
Do buyers find you?
When someone searches for what you sell in your area, do they find you, and which of your pages do they land on?
Does what they find agree?
Do your reviews, your Google listings and your website tell the same story, and do they look current?
Does AI name you?
When a buyer asks an AI assistant, are you named, and is your own website the source it quotes?
What is worth fixing?
Which fixes are worth doing now, which can wait, and which aren't worth doing at all.
Six things you keep, whatever you decide next.
Your score out of 100
Across the five areas, which are reviews & referral sites (26), ai visibility (24), web presence (18), seo architecture (18), website stack (14). Every point shows what was seen and where you can check it.
Your local benchmark
Your score next to the MSPs you compete with in your metro, measured with the same public checks.
An AI answer report
Set buyer questions asked several times on more than one assistant, showing how often you're named, how often your own site is the source, and what is said about you.
The fix list, in order
Every gap ranked by the calls it's costing you, with who should fix it, whether that's you, your web person or us. It also tells you what isn't worth fixing yet.
An ad landing check
If you run ads, I'll show you where those clicks land on a phone and what that page asks a visitor to do.
A call to go through it
We walk through the findings together, with whoever looks after your marketing on the call too, and I answer every question you have.
Very little.
Because the audit runs on public data, it can start the day you book. I'll need a short kickoff call, a list of your offices and core services, and the name of whoever looks after your marketing today. Read-only access to an ad account or your analytics helps, but it isn't required.
The risk sits with us.
If the audit finds nothing you can act on, you get the fee back. If you go ahead with the Search Foundation afterwards, the audit is credited against it.
We talk about cost on the call, after you've seen your own snapshot.
Before you book.
How long does the audit take?
Ten business days from the kickoff call to the call where we go through the findings.
What if the audit finds nothing useful?
If the audit finds nothing you can act on, you get the fee back. That promise is written into the audit agreement.
Do we have to buy the Search Foundation afterwards?
No. The fix list is yours either way, and every item says who could do it. Plenty of owners hand it straight to their own web person.
